The water was warm for some reason... Why was it warm? This wasn't the ocean... Feeling a warm 'tide' brushing against his pale arm, Itsuki slowly woke up and saw a few fish looking down upon his frail frame. "Um... Hello there." Slowly sitting up in the sand, Itsuki watched the fish scatter before he winced and looked down at his arm. White cloth was tied around his upper arm and down to his elbow. What the hell happened? Wait a moment. His eyes widened a bit when he recalled what happened. He was attacked and he washed ashore... But what happened after that? Shaking his head, he looked around before he swam around, only to his himself against the glass of the tank. "Son of a bitch that hurt..."

'You're awake? Creative way to wake up entirely as well.' Catch muttered the last sentence while throwing a sidelong glance at nothing really.

'I'll just throw it out there. You were passed out on the beach. If you were lucky, someone else would've found you. But you're as lucky as a black cat crossing one's path on friday the 13th and ended up with me.' Lights flickered on, curtains rushed aside and Catch greeted the merman with a cocky grin. He was dressed in his racing gear. Though he had the top part of it tied around his waist.

Small drops of sweat made their way down his toned body as he was shirtless (Teehee eye candy much?)

'What is your name? If you're able to understand me that is. Blub blub?'

Hearing the voice, Itsuki's head shot up before he looked around franticly. Who the hell was that? And where was the voice coming from? Turning back around, he gazed into the darkness as he listened to the voice. He would have been lucky? No, he would have been unlucky either way. He didn't want to be some damn PET trapped in a stupid tank for display. When the lights came on, Itsuki covered his eyes before dropping his hand after a moment. Letting his vision clear, his eyes rested upon the man in front of him, a deep blush covering his face before he growled. "I can understand you perfectly, human. And my name is Itsuki. Now let me of of this damned thing!" He growled, slamming his fin against the glass. Though, that caused a deep scratch in the glass from one of the spikes on his fin, it also caused him to scream and recoil in pain. Looking down at his fin, he saw it was now bent. "Well fuck..."

'Find me something to fuck and I will.' He replied, snickering slightly. 'Are you sure you don't want to heal before I sell you off to some kind of a restaurant? Some people prefer mermen and mermaids or whatever mer there is. Quite tasty...' He licked his lips slowly while parking his tush on his desk.

Fingers searched around for his cigs, but his eyes never left Itsuki 'Catch.' He finally said, introducing himself, though not properly. He finally found his cigs and mounted one between his lips, lighting it, though still eyeing Itsuki with a very, very longing look.

"Sick..." Itsuki grumbled, glaring at the man outside the tank before he started to nurse his broken tail. Hearing what he said, Itsuki tensed up and his hands started to shake. "I would remove every drop of water from your body before you could take me a foot out of this water..." He hissed, glaring over at him. Who did this man think he was? Thinking he was all high and mighty just because he was on the other side of the tank and not inside like he was. The bastard.

Hearing the 'introduction', Itsuki hesitantly nodded before he winced as he popped the dislocated joints back into place on his tail, moving them around a moment so they could get back to normal.

Catch was about to say something when he heard his door open. In one swift motion did he close the curtains. Looking over his shoulder.

'Puu~!' He got kissed right on his cheek, which send Catch off into a series of curses
'Goddammit you little pest~!' He grabbed the white manju and was about to throw it against a wall when he noticed the brown haired girl in his doorway.
'Yes~?' He asked lazily, setting the manju down.
'Who were you talking to?'
'Nobody?'
'Ah, Fye, he really lost it then. He says he was talking to nobody.' Sakura looked to her side, to a spot Catch couldn't see.

Out of anger, did he walk up to the door and opened it fully, in tumbled the rest of his family
'... ehehehe...' ^^;
'... WHAT THE HELL! EVERYBODY GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY OFFICE!!!!' He roared, the very office shaking slightly under the pressure.
When he was sure everybody, he wasn't sure of the manju though. Was gone, did he re-open the curtains.

'Interesting pet, Catchy boo.' Fie stepped out of the shadows, morphing back into a human appearance instead of the plant she used to disguise as.

Glaring at Catch as his mouth opened, Itsuki just waited for the next thing he was going to say. When the curtains closed, he tensed up before going over to the glass curiously as he listened in on what was going on on the other side. When Catch yelled, Itsuki yelped and covered his ears. The water had muffled the sounds only barely, but it hit him like a  ton of bricks because of his sharp hearing. When the curtains were pulled back, he glared back at Catch before he tensed up hearing the other voice and looked over to the source. Seeing the woman, he eyed her strangely before moving back in the water and sitting down on the sand, resting his hands on his fin.

Catch glared at Fie as she walked to him looking innocently dangerous. 'I told you, don't fucking call me that.' He hissed, ignoring the merman for a good while.

'Awh, is Catchy Boo mad, because someone found out he has a pet now?' Fie cooed at him, playing with his hair. Which send Catch into breathing sharply, nostrils flaring as he was restraining the urge to break something.

'Who is that?' The manju pointed at Itsuki, hopping onto the ground and closer to the tank.

'Where did you find him, Catchy Boo? You know how dad gets with new pets. He'll nag them to death with stories...'
'Shut up and get out...' He pushed Fie towards the door, kicking her out literally at the last moment and slammed it shut, locking it from the inside.

Mokona however, was still oogling at the merman. 'Mokona, don't do anything reckless. And don't tell anybody.' Catch's voice less harsh now as he crouched down, petting the white manju. Mokona hopped onto his shoulder 'Mokona will stay silent, but Sakurachan or Fyesan might wonder who Catchsan is talking to.'

'Just keep it a secret, I'm not going to keep him. I wonder if sushi is made out of mermen.' He pondered over it so bluntly, more to set Itsuki off again.

Watching the two curiously, Itsuki crossed his arms over his chest. Were these two related? Didn't really seem like it... Way to different from one another. When Fie was kicked out of the room, Itsuki winced slightly before listening to the door slam. "Well, that was odd... Huh?" Looking down, Itsuki saw the small creature gazing into the tank. What was that thing. Tilting his head slightly, he listened in before he whimpered and clenched his hands into fists. It would have taken Catch a moment to realise that his skin was starting to dry out. "Remember what I said about me taking the water from your body? Threaten me again and that soft skin will be as rough as sand paper!"

Catch looked up and away from Mokona, raising an eyebrow 'Well, that makes two of us. What if I accidentally dumped oil into the tank? Hmm. Let's test it out right now.' He pointed to something above the tank. A huge barrel of rough oil situated above it, looking like one motion and it would topple over, spilling it's liquids into the tank.

'Though, you do know what oil does to creatures when inhaled? And I do mean, less water in tank and more of that famous oil.' He held a remote, looking at Itsuki with cold eyes.

'Catchsan is so mean at times. Mokona gets scared then.' Mokona spoke out, it's little hands tapping against Catch's cheek.

Itsuki growled, glaring at Catch before he tensed up. Looking up, he saw the barrel before his eyes widened. "Well fuck..." Looking back at Catch, Itsuki  felt his body tremble in anger before he swam back. It took him a moment as he gazed at the surface before he swam up quickly. Breaking the surface, he got out of the tank before landing on the floor, groaning a bit before slowly sitting up  and glaring up at Catch. "You wouldn't have the fucking guts either way..." He murmured, groaning as his fin slammed against the ground, looking like Itsuki was in pain.

Catch quirked his eyebrow, looking down at Itsuki. 'You wouldn't believe how much guts I have...' He replied, grabbing something from his desk. It looked like a cattle rod 'So... if this thing shocks normal beings. I wonder what effect it has on something out of the water. Hehehehe~' He snickered, charging it up, it crackled a bit as he stood up from his desk. He was about to plant it against Itsuki when his door was opened.

'I forgot locks don't work well in this family.' He sighed, looking up as Fye entered the office.

'Ah, dinner is ready... there's a fish on the ground.' Fye spoke bluntly as he pointed at Itsuki, though from his angle, he only saw the tail and not what was attached to it.
'Ehhh~ Since when did you enjoy fishing? When it's not on your plate?' He chuckled, patting Mokona as it transferred to his shoulder.

'Dinner? Well then, that's something I wouldn't miss in the world.' Catch replied, looking down at Itsuki 'You think she'd prepare fish if I asked it?' He snickered coldly. Fye looking lightly confused '... Sometimes I wonder if we're related. That's not a fish, it is a merman?!' He had moved around the desk and stared down at Itsuki with open mouth. Gawking slightly at him.
'... What did you do?' -.-;
'I didn't do anything. Found him, bandaged him and brought him in. I wouldn't have brought him in if I knew he'd be such a brat. I would've dropped him in the nearest shark tank available or restaurant.'
'Why isn't it in the tank?'
'It jumped out.'
'Why is there a barrel of oil above the tank?'
'I was going to drop it in there.'
'And you wonder why it's such a brat?' Fye sighed, chuckling slightly though. It was funny when you'd imagine the event, though in his view the boy was an innocent being and Catch the monster.

"Do it and your a mummy..." Itsuki murmured, his fingers twitching before he looked over to the side hearing the other voice. Tilting his head, he listened before he hissed. "I seriously hate you... Fucker..." Seeing the other looking down at him, Itsuki tilted his head innocently and then groaned. "I have a damned name!" He yelled, his anger getting the best of him. "Damn humans... Thinking their all high and mighty... Such idiots..." he sighed before he groaned. Laying on the ground, his tail slammed on the ground a few times before he curled up as the fin changed into a pair of legs. Taking a breath, Itsuki slowly sat up, rubbing his legs gently to warm them up slightly.

Catch looked down at Itsuki with a sneer 'Well for your fucking information. I'm a demon.' He curled his lip at him.

'I'm not a human either...' Fye replied, taking off his coat and draped it over Itsuki 'Seriously man, you wonder why pets run away from you? The dude is naked. And why is there a cattle rod in your hand? Were you going to electrocute him?' Fye scolded Catch.

'Tch, I was only going to test if it still worked.' Catch muttered, turning off the cattle rod.

"Oh, that makes it even better...." Itsuki groaned, sighing before he blinked as the coat was draped over him. Holding it around him, he thanked Fye before he glared up at Catch. "Meaning you were going to electrocute me." He growled, standing up before he dusted himself off.

'I wasn't going to electrocute you. I was going to test if it still worked. If it didn't it would be quite stupid to say I was going to electrocute you. Dumb butt.' Catch growled back.

'Fyesan, why do Catchsan and mermansan look like they like each other?' Mokona asked bluntly.
'Well Mokona, it's because they like each other and are planning to marry each other...' Fye replied

'WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU SAY?!' Catch roared, trying to grab Fye who ran out of his reach
'Time to go~ !' Fye chuckled
'Stand still you mut! I am going to bash those thoughts out of your head!!!'

"Then what were you going to test it on?" Itsuki hissed back, huffing as he looked off to the side. Hearing Mokona, Itsuki's face lit up a deep red before he looked at the creature. "We are NOT!" He panicked, the blush growing ever deeper just at the thought of that. Married to that man? Hah!

'Why do you still ask? I was going to test it on you.' He replied matter of fact. His nostrils flaring as he glared at the door.
'As Fye mentioned before. Dinner is ready. I'm hungry and unless you insist to be my food, I have to go and feed myself. I don't really care whether you plan to feed yourself or not. I'm not your babysitter.' He scoffed.

He unwrapped the sleeves from his waist and pulled the top part of his racing uniform back on. Though left the zipper open.

Itsuki rolled his eyes. Okay, how was he going to deal with this idiot while he was here? Oh well. When he heard him mention the food, he huffed. "Well, judging by the way you reacted to those two finding me and how you hid me behind the curtains, I would take it you don't want anyone to see me. So why don't you bring me food or you'll have a starving merman on your hands. And just to say, it would be REAL bad luck on your part if you let me die~."
