appearance and biological differences. a neko is basicly a human with cat ears and tail. Depending how animal like they are in appearance. Example: An anthro would be on the line there. A mere person would probably be counted as closer to anthro then anything. Look at it this way, would you count a centaur as a beast?

A mer-person is technically a humanoid.

A centaur is a beast. Why? more than 50% of his body is animal.
As well as, the part of where his organs are, are inside the body of the animal part, thus canceling him from being a humanoid.

A mer-person's body, all organs are in the human part and resemble that of a human. So nay on the bestiality u.u
Plus if you're having sex with a mer-person. He/she would be more human than a fish

I think it depends on what kind of vampire? Like, if you sleep with a sparkly one (which, BTW, you oughta be murdered for even CONSIDERING) its ok. But if its a mindless, heartbeat-lacking thing, then yah, ya fucked a corpse.

To be honest, vampires still have a relatively fair amount of blood going through them, seeing as to how they have to give blood, then drink blood to become a vampire so I think they're able to get a boner >_>
